[DISKUSSION & INFO] OTAKU.CM - Forum reset? Phoenix down? Wie lange noch?

    Hey liebe Retrotowner.

    Wie alle schon lange mitbekommen haben, ist Otaku.cm und somit auch der Lizenzserver von Phoenix

    schon seit Tagen down, und weltweit alle lizenzierten Phoenix Emulatoren sind nicht mehr startbar.

    Manche (darunter auch ich) haben zum Glück den Emulator noch nicht abgeschaltet oder neu gestartet,

    also läuft er noch und das Hotel kann online bleiben, allerdings kann man den Emulator nicht ewig online lassen.

    Zum Beispiel werden alle Webtropia vServer Benutzer am 26.03.13 gezwungen sein, Phoenix neuzustarten,

    da Webtropia Wartungsarbeiten an den Systemen durchführt, und alle vServer neu starten wird. (Quelle: myloc-status)

    Das Forum von OTAKU.CM ist nun wieder online, allerdings sieht es aus als ob alle Threads und Sections

    (sprich: die Datenbank) gelöscht worden ist. Die Administratoren haben dazu teilweise noch keine 100% klaren Neuigkeiten veröffentlicht,

    Phoenix bleibt weiterhin down.

    Einige Meldungen von Benutzern und Mitarbeitern von OTAKU wurden schon im neuen, zurückgesetzten Forum

    gespostet, wie z.B.

    So wie es aussieht, dauert es doch noch eine Weile bis Otaku wieder voll funktionsfähig ist,
    ich werde weiterhin versuchen euch auf dem laufenden zu halten, und wäre froh über erste Meinungen.

    Neue Informationen aus "OTAKU.CM - MAIN FORUM" liegen vor:
    "If you're about to make a thread about your Phoenix License please don't if you haven't already noticed that there are already a ton of threads being made of the same thing. "When am I getting my Phoenix License back" & "Oh no my license whats happened" please don't.
    It's already starting to get irritating. Just wait and it should all hopefully be restored soon enough. If you need to show proof that you brought the Phoenix License it may be a good idea to get that ready just in case...

    Ich denke das Aaron alle Lizenzen löschen und ungültig lassen wird damit sie wieder an Geld kommen und sich jeder Phoenix Nutzer eine neue kaufen wird.
    Vielleicht meint er das sogar ernst: MIT OPENSOURCE!

    Wie sich ja nun herausgestellt hat, ist Phoenix 3.0 Gratis (Quelle: Otaku)

    Ich weiß ja nicht ob der Fall eintrifft aber meine Meinung dazu.
    Schön und gut das es nun Gratis ist. Aber ich trau mich wetten, sobald Aaron den Release von 4.0 macht muss man wieder eine Lizenz kaufen.


    Naja, ist nur meine Meinung dazu! :)
