Work good on IIS but doesn't work on XAMPP (Apache)
That's complicated. I guess the CMS includes only a web.config file but not a htaccess.
If that's true you have to write a htaccess file for your own, and trust me, this is very complicated without any experience.You may have luck that anyone here has released a xampp compatible version, if not you better search here or in other forums for a CMS which is coded for working with Xampp.
