Bin mir nicht sicher wo die Logs bei Xampp sind, aber schau mal in hier: /xampp/apache/logs/php_error_log
Also ich bin bei dem Pfad nicht fündig geworden, habe mich aber woanders erkundigt und etwas entdeckt :

Nur es gibt halt diese Seite, ich kann mich registrieren. Nur nachdem ich dann auf weiter klicke, komme ich auf die Seite http://localhost/register und da lädt dann garnichts mehr.. ich schaue mal nach weiteren Logs
