Der Fehler zeigt dir doch schon an was los ist.
Die Datei "client.php" fehlt, oder was weiß ich.
Geh hin wo client ist und füg den Code ein sollte gehen 100%
musst nur bearbeiten was drin steht anstatt 127.0.0.1 deine IP, aber ich denke es wird auch so gehen nur andere kommen dann nicht drauf deshalb editen..hier der code!.

Alles falsch. Die Client.php fehlt nicht.
Du hast entweder in der Datei Client.php oder in der Tabelle Cms_settings etwas falsch eingetragen.
Der Client meldet den Fehler, indem er dich auf die "Disconnected" Seite weitereleitet, doch die scheint bei dir zu fehlen, doch daran liegt nicht der Fehler.Schau mal in deiner Client.php & cms_settings.sql nach, ob alles richtig konfiguriert ist.
